| 摘 要： | 文章分析了三峡库区非政府组织在新农村建设过程中存在的劣势与优势,并指出三峡库区非政府组织理应加强自身建设,提高社会服务力,努力拓展为库区新农村建设服务的途径,担负起为新农村建设服务的时代使命。

| Abstract: | This paper analyze merits and demerits of non-governmental organizations in constructing new countryside in Sanxia District,and points out that non-governmental organizations in this district should strengthen their constructions of themselves,improve their ability to serve the society,and increase ways of serving the construction of new countryside in this district to shoulder this historic mission. |
