加入WTO带给公安工作的机遇、挑战与对策

加入WTO是中国深化改革、扩大开放、加快发展的必然选择 ,也是实现整个社会长期稳定繁荣、经济持续增长的客观需要。入世不仅会使公安工作拥有更为广泛的服务空间 ,而且也将推动公安机关自身改革的进程 ,亦将拓展公安机关与国际间司法交往与合作的机会。但WTO是一把“双刃剑” ,在带来巨大利益的同时 ,也必然会给包括公安工作在内的社会生活各方面带来巨大的风险和挑战 ,社会治安将会更加波动 ,犯罪活动将会更加突出 ,文化侵袭将会更加严重 ,公安任务将会更加繁重。公安机关应采取积极主动的针对性措施 ,加强公安思想建设 ,全力维护社会政治稳定 ;加强公安队伍建设 ,全面提高公安民警素质 ;加强公安法制建设确保严格公正文明执法 ;加强公安作风建设 ,积极大力推行警务公开。从而更好地服从服务于经济建设 ,确保社会治安的持续稳定。

Opportunity, Challenge and Measure of Pubilic Security Work after China's Entry into WTO

WTO is a double-blade sword.On one hand,it will speed the reform process of pulblic security institutions,offer more opportunities for them to conmunicate and cooperate with other countries' counterparts.On the other hand,there will be more risk and challange,increasing crimes,serious cultural invasion.etc.Therefore,the article puts forward some suggestion about it for the work of our pulice security institutions.
