| 摘 要： | 在我国广大乡村，存在很多传统的善良的民俗，它们坚韧地存在于人们的思想中，深刻地影响着人们的生活，在约束和调节人们行为的过程中发挥着重要作用，是一种非常有效的法律资源。因此，将民俗习惯引入司法裁判过程有着现实的可行性。

Therefore, it is feasible in practice for folk customs to introduce into judicial adjudication. |
