| 摘 要： | 产生于西方20世纪70年代的女性主义犯罪学思想,对忽视女性的作法提出了强烈的批判,对刑事立法、刑事司法以及刑罚执行过程中对女性的错误理解和不公平待遇提出质疑,并在此基础上提出了犯罪学中的性别意识问题,为传统犯罪学的理论重构,尤其是女性犯罪学理论构建提供了全新的视角。

| Abstract: | Feminist criminology that emerged in 1970's strongly criticized the neglect of women in the traditional criminology, and questioned the misunderstanding and mistreatment of women in the criminal legislature, judicial and law enforcement, based on which Feminist criminologists put forward the idea of gender in criminology. This has provided a newperspective for the theoretical reconstruction of traditional criminology, particularly, femalecriminology. |
