| 摘 要： | 《民法通则》发布以来,侵害名誉权的案件在不断增多。这就要求对侵害名誉权在理论和实践方面的问题。包括侵害名誉权与言论自由的界限、精神损害赔偿的适用与赔偿数额、侵害名誉权的构成要件、侵害名誉权的损害后果进行探讨和研究。下面就侵害名誉权的损害后果谈一下粗浅的看法。
