| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,这个目标体现了中国特色社会主义经济、政治、文化的有机统一,反映了经济社会和人的全面、协调、可持续发展的内在要求.只有物质文明、政治文明和精神文明协调发展,才能真正实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标.
