| Abstract: | To cultivate a team of "teachers with dual-qualif ication" is of profound signif icance to higher vocational education. Great attention should be paid to the structure of "teachers with dual-qualif ication" in vocational colleges. Full-time teachers should be cultivated to feature "dual-qualif ication" quality, while part-time teachers should stress practical abilities. Only in cooperation with enterprises can vocational colleges build a team of "teachers with dual-qualif ication". |
