| Abstract: | This thesis illustrates the definition and the characteristics of privacy and privacy right, the new content ofWestern privacy and the differences between privacy right and the other rights of personality concerned. This thesis, bymeans of comparison and analysis, also illustrates the historical origin and the development of privacy right in foreigncountries and probes into the causes that keep our country's protection of privacy right backward. This thesis through theprevious discussion tries to give a scientific definition to privacy and the right of privacy. |
