| 摘 要： | 我国证券市场在不断发展壮大的同时,也暴露出了不少问题,特别是操纵证券交易价格的证券欺诈案件已经引起社会各界的广泛关注.操纵证券交易价格的行为因其违法程度不同,应当承担相应的法律责任,包括行政责任、刑事责任和民事责任.

| Abstract: | With the vigorous development of Chinese stock market, quite a few problems emerge. Among them, crime of manipulating stock prices has drawn much attention from all walks of life. In this author's point of view, the conductor of manipulating stock prices should bear relevant liability, including administrative liability, criminal liability and civil liability, according to the severity degree of the conductor's unlawful acts. |
