新中国成立初期浙江省对文物的保护

新中国成立初期,中央人民政府政务院即颁发了《禁止珍贵文物图书出口暂行办法》等一系列对文物进行保护的重要文件。浙江历史悠久,"人文渊薮",文物丰富。浙江省委及相关职能部门在"百废待兴"的非常时期,通过一系列文物保护政令条例的颁布落实及各类文物保护机构的建立运作,使文物保护工作取得了旧时代所不能比拟的巨大成就。与此同时,一个以国家保护为主,动员全社会参与的文物保护模式在浙江省日渐形成。

Protection of Cultural Relics in Zhejiang Province in the Early Days of New China

Soon after the founding of New China the Administration Council of the Central People’s Government issued a series of important documents for the protection of cultural relics such as the "Interim Procedures on Prohibiting the Export of Precious Cultural Relics and Books". Zhejiang has a long history, a high level of cultural development and rich cultural relics. In the extraordinary times when numerous tasks had yet to be undertaken, the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the relevant functional departments, through the promulgation and implementation of a series of cultural relics protection decrees and regulations and the creation and functioning of various kinds of cultural relics protection institutions, made great achievements in the conservation of cultural relics beyond compare for old China. At the same time, a cultural relic protection model with state playing the dominant role and the whole society participating began to take shape in Zhejiang.
