摘    要:作者们应用酶组织化学和电子显微镜技术,对实验性家兔心肌缺血的早期改变进行研究。发现当心肌缺血15min,PAS、PPr、分枝酶即呈阴性,SDH、NADPHD、GDH、ATPase、CCo 活性降低,且随缺血时间延长,缺血范围逐渐增大,酶活性逐渐降低,MAO、ACP、ANAE 活性在缺血早期无明显改变。电镜观察,缺血早期的主要改变是线粒体肿胀、增大、嵴断裂溶解,基质内出现致密颗粒。上述结果有助于急性心肌缺血的早期诊断及缺血时间判定。

Abstract:Early ultrastructural and histochemical changes in the myocardium following co-ronary artery occlusion in the rabbit were studied by TEM and histochemical me-thods.At 15 rain of ischemia,PAS,PPr and branching enzyme were negative,and de- hydrogenase(SDH,NADPHD,GDH),ATPase,as well as CCo were diminished.Progr-essively with the prolongation of the time after ischemia,the activities of enzymesreduced while the area of ischemia enlarged.Significant changes of MAO,ACP andANAE could notbe recognized at early ischemia.The main ultrastructural altera-tions of early ischemia showed swelling of mitochondria,disorganization of cristaeand the appearance of amorphous densities in the matrix.The authors think thatthe histochemical and ultrastructural alterations are helpful for early diagnosisand timing of early acute myocardial ischemia.
