| 摘 要： | 讯问笔录是由侦查人员制作的法定诉讼文书。严格依法制作讯问笔录,对于收集证据线索、打击犯罪具有重要意义。为保证讯问笔录的制作质量,在制作时应掌握全局,做好审、记配合,突出重点,加强书写,全面提高记录人员的制作技巧和素质。
