| 摘 要： | 作为行使国家证明权的公证机关,以其特有的功能在中国政治、经济和社会生活的各个方面发挥了积极的作用.本文在阐述公证保障作用的基础上,分析了公证保障机制建设中存在的问题,提出了完善公证保障机制的建议.
