| 摘 要： | 商业秘密是指具有实际或潜在商业价值、经权利人采取保密措施而未被公众所知悉的技术信息和经营信息.它已成为市场竞争的有力武器,必须对之予以法律保护.我国法律对商业秘密的保护经历了一个从无到有,范围从窄到宽,保护力度从弱到强的过程,但仍存在众多的不足,应予以完善.
