| 摘 要： | 悬赏经常出现在我们的视线之内是1999年开始的事。我国所以采取悬赏制度有其经济、文化的背景。悬赏存在着争议,但从价值取向考虑,悬赏获得了大家的认可。悬赏的法律归属于契约,是一种特殊的契约。实践部门运用悬赏应注意区别举报人的动机和保密的问题。

| Abstract: | It has frequently come into our view to offer a reward for the capture of a criminal since1999.The adoption of this system has its economic and cultural background.Although it is contentious,it is widely accepted by people.Offering a reward for the capture of a criminal is a special contract.In practice,the departments should pay attention to the motives of the in-former as well as maintaining secrecy. |
