| Abstract: | As the development of market economy and the expansion of industrialization and urbanization in China, environmental infringement becomes more and more serious. There exist certain problems and defects in the present civil remedy mode. Therefore, the traditional civil remedy system needs to be adjusted and perfected with new content in order to realize the harmonious development of society, economy and environment as a whole. |
