| 摘 要： | 利益矛盾和冲突不仅是社会转型期国家的显著特征,同时也是形成不受以往制度约束的和谐环境的重要前提。本文结合我国社会转型期利益分化与调整的实际,阐述和分析了调适利益关系对于实现社会和谐的重要性和必要性,进而为构建和谐社会提供必要的实践依据和理论支持。
