社会资本与人们的政治参与——基于浙江省的问卷调查

本文从社会资本的角度研究了当前人们的政治参与.研究发现：其一,当前我国公民的政治参与很少,但是参与方式呈现多元化,并且个人维权参与多于集体维权参与;其二,社团参与、人际信任和社区公共事务的关心作为社会的资本,对于人们的政治参与具有积极作用;其三,培育社会团体、增强人际信任和人们对于社区公共事务的关心是当前促进人们政治参与的途径.

Social Capital and Residents＇ Political Participation——Based on the Questionnaire Survey in Zhejiang Province

This article, from the perspective of social capital of the people＇s political participation, made the following discoveries ： first, the current political participation of citizens in our country is very few, but participation means presenting diver- sity with more individual rights than collective rights; second, participation in community, interpersonal trust and community public affairs concern can be regarded as social capital which has a positive effect on people＇s political participation ; third, cul- tivation of social groups enhanced interpersonal trust and the concern about community public affairs is the right approach through which people participate in politics.
