The Laws of Nature,＂ Machine or Transform＂ Criterion and Patentability Method--Study on the Decision of Mayo v. Prometheus in United States Supreme Court

U.S Supreme Court had declared the patent of medical method concerning only describing the content of the laws of nature invalid in Mayo v. Prometheus. Rethink the challenge on which the ＂Machine or Transform＂ criterion imposes the examination of patentability method. It is difficult to find a criterion in solving once and for all the coverage of patentability subject matter. Enlightenment and consequence of the decision have been analyzed from the perspective of drafting claim, inspiration of R＆D in fundamental science.
