| 摘 要： | 我国新公司法对中小股东的权利保护可归纳为三项制度:中小股东行使权力的保障制度、经济利益的保护制度和司法救济制度。这些制度基本上实现了中小股东权利保护立法设计上的健全与完整。

| Abstract: | Three systems can be concluded to protect the rights of moderate and the small stockholders by "The Revised Law of Corporation".They are the security system to guarantee their exercise of power,the protective system to protect their economic benefit and the legal aid system.The systems reflect the maturity of the law in protecting the rights of the moderate and the small stockholders. |
