| 摘 要： | 中国是世界上的文明古国 ,中国法律制度历史悠久 ,源远流长 ,形成了特点鲜明 ,独树一帜的中华法系 ,在世界上极具影响。古代法律文献也因之而成为中华文明的一项重要内容。然而 ,在这方面的研究成果多局限于某一局部。文章意在弥补此不足 ,力求在能较为系统地向世人展示中国古代法律文献概貌方面起一抛砖引玉作用。

| Abstract: | China is a country with great civilization succeeded from the ancient time. Its legal system has a long history that forms the Chinese legal system with its particular characteristics. It has great influence in the world. But the findings of the legal literature in ancient times, one of important parts in Chinese civilization, are usually limited to one part or another. The thesis tries to supply the gap, hoping to offer a few commonplace remarks about systematic studies of Chinese ancient legal literature by way of introduction so that others may come up with valuable opinions. |
