| 摘 要： | 能源是人类生存和发展重要物质基础。该文对近20年中国能源消费情况描述分析表明：能源消费总量持续增长,能源消费结构变化缓慢,万元GDP能耗不断下降,人均生活消费能源持续上升。通过建立能源消费模型,实证结果表明,计量影响能源消费最主要的三个变量是研究与实验发展经费支出、固定资产投资和城镇居民人均可支配收入。该文在研究的基础上提出全面推进能源节能,大力开发绿色能源和加强能源国际合作等个建议。
