| 摘 要： | 在审查起诉阶段对用以定罪的主要证据是技术性证据的审查,如何审查、在审查中遵循什么原则就是我们急需解决的问题。本文从审查原则和审查要求出发,分析了审查中既要重视实质性内容的审查,又要重视程序性审查,二者缺一不可,同时还要遵循审查的合法性、科学性,以使两者达到合理平衡。

| Abstract: | In the review of the prosecution stage,if the main evidence for conviction is a technical evidence,how to review,and what principles should be followed in the review are the problems we need to resolve.This paper started with the principles and requirements of the review, analyzed that in the review,it is necessary to attach importance to both the substance of the review and the procedural review, neither is dispensable.And at the same time,we should follow the legality and science of the review to achieve a reasonable balance of both. |
