| 摘 要： | 在现代社会中,非婚生子女受到侵害的情况时有发生,其法律地位令人堪忧。各国立法普遍制定了关于非婚生子女的认领制度,使得他们健康成长,这项制度在我国的婚姻法中还是一项需要立法填补的空白。
