论始终保持党的先进性的与时俱进内涵

贯彻“三个代表”要求 ,关键在坚持与时俱进 ,核心是保持党的先进性。保持党的先进性与坚持与时俱进逻辑上是相一致的。在革命、建设和改革的不同时期 ,实现党的先进性体现着各自不同的时代特点 ,有着不同的要求。在新世纪 ,保持党的先进性必须与时俱进 ,坚持深入实践与创新精神的统一 ;坚持国内建设与世界潮流的统一 ;坚持最低纲领与最高纲领的统一

On the Connotation of Progressing with the Times of Persistently Maintaining the Party's Advance

The key to carrying on the requirement of the " Three Representatives" is to stick to progressing with the times and its core is to preserve the Party's advance. To preserve the Party's advance and to stick to progressing with the times are logically consistent. In the different periods of revolution, construction and reform, realizing the Party's advance embodies their respective features of age and each has its different demands. In the new century, preserving the Party's advance must progress with the times, one must adhere to the followings: the unity of further practice and creating spirit,the unity of domestic construction and world trends and the unity of minimum programme and maximum programme.
