山东抗日根据地和解放区的妇女教育,经历了在抗战烽火中的萌动到山东省战时工作委员会有组织的统一行动,再到教育大改革的迅速发展壮大三个阶段。由于重视农村妇女文化的提高,并采取不拘一格的教育形式及耐心细致的工作,把广大农村妇女引导到各种学习当中,使她们识字明理,成为抗日战争和解放战争胜利的重要组成部分。这一伟大成果至今仍然有着非常重要的启迪作用。

Women's education in anti-Japanese bases and liberated areas in Shandong underwent the three stages of initiation, the united action under the provincial committee for wartime work, and the rapid progress of the great educational reform. Thanks to attention given to improvement of country women's educational level, the flexible educational form and patient persuation, large numbers of country women were led into various areas of learning. They were taught to read and write and to become an important part of the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation. This great achievement remains highly enlightening even up to now.
