| Abstract: | The article defines the traits of the government procurement contract in the first place. Then the article analyzes the regulations related to the contract of the government procurement in "government procurement agreement". On this base, the article discusses the questions of private international law in the contract of government procurement, which are the model of dispute settlement, the application of law and the immunities of states and their property. |
