| Abstract: | Singapore experiences three developing phases ： survival-driven phase, efficiency-driven phase and ability-driven phase. Singapore children＇ s literatures are publishedin four languages. The development of Singapore Children＇s literature in English witnessed the determination of Singapore government to create a Singaporean national soul and reconstruct a national identity and national morality. |
