老挝:2013 年发展回顾与 2014 年展望

2013年，老挝政局平稳，被欧洲旅游和贸易委员会评为“2013年世界最佳旅游目的地国”：“七五”计划第三年经济增长8％，GDP首次突破百亿关元，社会文教卫生等各项事业有新发展，但经济社会面临的困难与挑战增多；外交多元务实，建交国增至136个，外国官方援助增多。

Laos： Development Retrospect and Prospect of 2013 and 2014

In 2013, Laos political situation was stable and was named by European Commission as the world＇s best tourist destination ; in the third years of the seventh five years plan the economic growth was 8%, for the first time its GDP exceeded billions of dollars, the social culture, education and health undertakings got a new development, but the economic and social difficulties and challenges increased. On diplomacy, it turned more multiple and pragmatic, and have established diplomatic relations with 136 Countries, and the official foreign aid increased.
