论德育的社会激励机制

构建完善的德育社会激励机制是有效开展和正确实施德育的必然要求。受社会激励机制内容不完善、激励目标片面、社会舆论正面教育与反面批判结合力度不够和我国现实情况的制约,目前的德育实践中出现了“形神分离”、投入产出非均衡发展等现实困境。因此,迫切需要对德育的社会激励机制进行内容完善、模式创新和环境优化。

A Probe into The Social Incentive Mechanism of Moral Education

To well carry out moral education needs to set up proper moral incentive mechanism.Due to the imperfect content and improper goal of our current social incentive mechanism,week connection of public encouragement and criticism as well as China's realistic situation,come phenomenon occurred in moral education like " the separation of form and spirit',unbalanced input and output,etc.Therefore,It is of urgent necessity to improve the content and mode of our social incentive mechanism as well as to provide it with suitable surroundings.
