试论高校新校区建设中政府职能的发挥

As for constructing new campus of universities and colleges,the author holds that the state government should develop a long-term economic and cultural viewpoint,and accord with the characteristics of colleges and universities so as to find an effective solution to financial issues of new campus construction.Only with the guidance and supervision of the government can higher education develop in the right direction;only in the coordination of the fair and equitable interests of all parties to fully protect their rights and interests can it develop in a booming way.
