| 摘 要： | 善意取得制度是民法中的重要法律制度,许多国家民法规定赃物是可以通过善意取得而合法占有的,我国也有相关的法律规定,但不够完善。文章对善意取得制度的含义、赃物善意取得的法律依据进行了探讨,提出了在司法实践中应当加强对赃物善意取得制度保护的观点,并就具体保护措施提出了一些看法。

But this system should be strengthened in legal practice. The article discusses the meaning and legal basis of the system and puts forth concrete protection measures for the system. |
