| 摘 要： | 治安案件调解作为结案的一种方式,对于平息当事人的纠纷,化解社会矛盾,促进社会和谐具有十分重要的意义。如何做好新形势下的治安调解是当前公安工作的重要课题。结合我国的国情民情和治安纠纷案件的特点,探讨民间法引入治安调解的必要性和可行性,从而得出将民间法引入治安调解是破解当前治安调解难题的一种新的路径。
