| 摘 要： | 对比以往公约与《鹿特丹规则》关于托运人义务的规定,指出《鹿特丹规则》强化了托运人的义务和责任。分析《鹿特丹规则》下托运人义务的变化及原因。结合这一变化,提出修改《中华人民共和国海商法》几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper focused on analyzing shipper＇ s obligations between the current regimes and the rotterdam rules and got the conclusion that the obligations of shipper in the new convention were strengthened. Some relevant amendment proposals were also made accordingly. |
