Collection from third party payers of reasonable costs of healthcare services--DoD. Proposed rule

This proposed rule implements several recent statutory changes and makes other revisions to the Third Party Collection Program. The primary matter include implementation of new statutory authority to include workers' compensation programs under the Third Party Collection Program; the addition of special rules for collections from preferred provider organizations; and other program revisions.
