日本战略走向与中日关系前景

进入新世纪,伴随日本政治的右倾化,日本对外战略也发生着深刻的变化。2005年以来小泉内阁加紧推行“右倾化大国路线”,造成日本同中国等亚洲邻国关系更趋恶化。中日关系的改善还需两国付出长期不懈的共同努力。

On Japan's Strategic Orientation and the Prospect of Sino-Japanese Relations

This thesis analyzes Japan's comprehensive development since World War II, and the trend of Japan's economic, political, military, and diplomatic strategy at the start of the 21st century. Based on this analysis, certain predictions are made. The challenges to Sino-Japanese relations resulting from economics and trade, political Right-deviationism in Japan, the influence of public opinion on bilateral relations, the American element, and the Taiwan issue are reviewed. In recent years Sino-Japanese political relations have deteriorated as the Japanese government has carried out a great-power policy featuring Right-deviationism. The current situation features cool political relations in a period of high economic and trade relationships. Economic relations must be curbed while political relations are being cooled to a certain extent. This requires that both China and Japan make joint efforts to improve long-term bilateral relations.
