高职法律专业国际私法教学改革初探

高职法律专业是融理论与能力培养为一体的教育,其中国际私法教学中传统的演绎式教学方法侧重于理论灌输,不利于学生的职业能力培养,很难适应新世纪人才培养的需要,要实现高职法律专业应用性人才培养目标,对国际私法教学方法进行改革已势在必行。本文通过对目前高职法律专业国际私法教学中存在的问题进行分析,结合国际私法的课程特点,并根据笔者自己的教学经验,提出高职法律专业国际私法教学的改革方法。
