| 摘 要： | “民主”既是一个政治学概念 ,也具有丰富的伦理道德意蕴。正确认识民主的道德内涵和功能 ,对正确理解民主政治和加强民主政治建设具有重要的理论和现实意义。民主的道德功能主要是弥补政治民主的不足 ,具体表现在可以促进人民民主政治观念、责任政治观念、开放政治观念的树立和完善社会主义市场经济体制。

| Abstract: | Democracy" is not only a notion of the political science but also bears a far- reaching ethical significance. A correct understanding of its connotation and function is theoretically and realistically meaningful in properly understanding democratic politics and strengthening the construction of democratic politics. The chief function of democratic morality is a supplement to political democracy, which is embodied in promoting the establishment of the people's concepts of democratic politics, responsible politics and open politics as well as perfecting the economic system of socialist market. |
