| 摘 要： | 随着社会需求的日益扩充,私人侦探的存在与发展已成为不可忽视的重要问题之一.然而,司法理论界、实务界对此却存在褒贬不一的看法.本文欲从对私人侦探正反两方面价值的评析着手,对私人侦探在中国发展的可行性提出一点拙见.
