中职学校教师考核机制存在的问题及对策

摘    要:考核是引导教师工作方向、调节教师工作积极性的重要手段。中职学校教师考核机制存在诸多问题,不利于教师工作积极性的调动和教学质量的提高。要建立重点明确、客观性强、公平公正、有可比性、能够正确引导教师工作方向和有效调动教师工作积极性的考核制度。

Abstract:The evaluation is important means to guide the teachers working direction and adjust working enthusiasm, there are many problems vocational school teachers evaluation system which is not conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers and teaching quality. To create the teacher evaluation system which is a focused, objectivity, fairness and justice, comparable to the right direction and can guide the teachers to work effectively and mobilize the working enthusiasm.
