试论网络犯罪及其防控

随着互联网的迅猛发展,网络犯罪日益猖撅,其危害性也远远高于传统的暴力犯罪。根据我国网络犯罪的特点,我们必须以政府为主,辅之以司法机关及相关部门的合作,才能有效控制网络犯罪的进一步蔓延。公安机关必须建立专业的反网络犯罪小组,加强基础建设,提高民警素质,才能进一步提高打击网络犯罪的能力。
