| 摘 要： | 解教释放人员回归社会后得不到社会的接纳,受到社会的歧视,加之安置帮教工作的缺失,使其成为社会治安高危主体并重新犯罪,他们对社会所造成的危害远远超出了普通刑事犯罪。加强对解教释放人员重新犯罪问题的研究,在此基础上制定相应的对策是搞好社会治安和提高对解教释放人员犯罪打击处理率的重要环节。

| Abstract: | The people who are released from reeducation and jail can't be accepted by the society and are distinguished by different treatment. The absence of help and education and the above-mentioned factors make them become more dangerous and re-commit crimes and the harm brought by them is more than that by common criminal crimes.
