| 摘 要： | 本文通过对政务信息公法性质的论述,为政务信息应当依法开放奠定了理论基石。然后对我国目前政务信息开放的不足进行了检讨,进而表明我们依法开放政务信息的必要性和紧迫性。通过对政务信息的类型的界定,使人们对政务信息有一个直观的了解。在文章的最后,通过对开放政务信息的法律路径的研究,阐释了四种促进开放政务信息的法律路径。

| Abstract: | Based on discussing the public law quality of government information,we construct the theory basement of government information should be opened up according to law.Then we discuss the shortcomings of our country's current situation of opening up,the essentiality and imperative of it.According to the categories of government information.we give a visual view of government information to readers.The article end up in explaining four legal ways to promote the open up by analysing the function of government information. |
