| 摘 要： | 犯罪规律是犯罪本身及各类犯罪之间、犯罪现象与其他社会现象之间、犯罪与反犯罪之间的本质关系。可分为犯罪自身发生和发展的规律（“刑事犯罪规律”）和指导预防犯罪的规律（“预防犯罪指导规律”）。笔者曾于上世纪90年代在调查研究的基础上归纳出了起伏律、消长律、辐射律、因果律四大刑事犯罪规律。预防犯罪指导规律则包括矛盾规律、人本规律、基础规律、综合规律和兼治规律。

| Abstract: | Regularity of crime refers to the essential associations of crime itself and various kinds of crime,criminal phenomenon and other social phenomena,crime and anti-crime,which can be classified into two kinds:the law of occurrence and development of crime itself, ("fhe law of criminal crime")and the law of precautionary guidance against erime (guidance law of prevention of rime). And the law of criminal crime includes the law of undulation,the law of growth and decline,the law of radiation,and the law of cause and effect,while the law of pre-cautionary guidance against crime includes the law of contradiction,the law of humanism,the law of foundation, and the law of comprehensive control according to my reserch in the 1990s. |
