| Abstract: | Education run by the local people is an important element in our socialist educational course. In the recent years, it has been greatly developed as a new and expanding industry subsidized by the state. Yet, there are still some problems. Solving these problems requires investors'renewal of the way of running a school and perfection of the legal system for such educational industry by the state. |
