毛泽东与中央苏区廉政建设述论

中央苏区时期,毛泽东等中央苏区领导从思想教育与制度建设入手,带头做到廉洁为民,同时加强舆论宣传并适时开展专项治理,从而建立起良好的干群、军民、官兵关系,打造出历史上空前的廉洁政府。中央苏区廉政建设的成功经验启迪我们：反腐倡廉思想教育与制度建设是关键,廉洁的政治榜样和政治决心必须由上层建立,只有上下联动才能达成廉政共识,才能打造一个廉洁的政府、廉洁的国家。

Mao Zedong and Clean Government Construction in the Central Soviet Area

In the Central Soviet Area,Mao Zedong and other leaders carried out the work of clean government construction from ideological education and institutional construction,set good examples in serving the people honestly,strengthened the work of promotion and launched theme movements,thus having established good relationships between cadre and the mass,between the army and the residents,and between officers and soldiers,and built a clean government that had never appeared before. The success of clean government construction in the Central Soviet Area tells us that ideological education and institutional construction are key points of fighting corruption and advocating cleanness; that good examples and political determination must be established by the upperlevel leaders; and that a clean government cannot be built unless the upper and lower levels take actions identically and reach common understanding on cleanness.
