任务型组织解散过程中的几项工作

任务型组织作为一种承担紧迫的、重大的和一次性任务的组织形式在其任务完成后就会归于解散。但是,任务型组织的解散并不是简单地作出宣布就完结了事,而是一个需要做好一系列后续工作的过程。其中,对组织完成任务经验的总结、对组织成员的表彰和合理安排以及组织的注销、延展,是任务型组织解散过程中应着重处理好的三项工作。

Several Works in Dismissing the Agency Mission Organization

An agency mission organization is to dismiss after finishing its mission as it just undertakes an urgent,important and impermanent mission.Nevertheless,its dismission will under no circumstances be over after a mere announcement,instead it needs a process to do well in a series of follow-up works.Among these works,the three works that need dealing well with in dismissing process are summarizing experience on finishing mission,commending and arranging members and writing off or outreaching the organization.
