当代中国农民的社会保障权

社会保障权是宪法和国际人权公约规定的每一个公民都应当享有的基本权利。农民作为共和国公民,理所当然享有社会保障权。建国以来在二元社会结构的影响下,农民的社会保障权益遭到人为的限制和剥夺。建立包括农民在内的全国统一的社会保障制度,关键是要破除观念障碍,着眼于以人为本、尊重和保障人权,构建和谐社会,提高执政能力。

The Social guarantee right, stipulated by the constitution and international human rights convention, is the (fundamental) right that every citizen should (enjoy.) So peasants as citizens of county ,enjoy the right naturally. Since the foundation of the state under the influence of the binary social structure, the (interests) of peasants' are restricted and deprived artificially. (Setting) up the nationwide unified social guarantee system including peasants, the (more) (important) thing is to abolish the obstacle idea, focus on people first, (respect) and ensure human rights, structure the (harmonious) (society) and improve the ability of administration.
