| 摘 要： | 在摆出困扰派出所工作问题的基础上,探讨分析了问题存在的原因,进而提出具体对策:一要增加编制,充实基层警力;二要加大投入,避免靠罚款收费运转;三要规范机构,提高待遇;四要整顿治保组织,发挥民力作用;五要设立民事调处中心,减轻工作负担。

| Abstract: | On the basis of problems pestering police stations,we should analyse the causes of exis-tence of problems and put forward con crete counter -measures:First,we s hould improve the Sum of po-licemen;Second,financial input sh ould be enlarged rather than rely on f ines;Third,organization should be standardized and treatment be enh anced;Fourth,organizations of security control need to be shuffled and to give full play to the power of th e masses;Fifth,the center of negotiating disputes should be es-tablished to lessen the burden of work. |
