| Abstract: | Since the 1972 U.N. Conference on the Human Environment, nations have established norms and a framework for environmental stewardship of the earth. The article states the importance of enforcing environmental norms on the very beginning, and expresses the framework for enforcing the environmental norms at international and domestic levels with an example of Aarhus Agreement. In the end, the author states the implications for enforcing environmental norms transnationally. |
